Primary Responsibilities and Objectives
Applicant must have at least 2 years experience with Voice and Data cabling installations in a commercial environment.

This individual must have project management experience and be able to lead a crew from start to finish.
Experience building MDF /IDF telecomm rooms, organizing cable to racks and terminating on patch panels or 66/110/blocks.

Fiber experience, mechanical epoxy and 3M connectors. (Including Anaerobic Terminations, SC and LC Connectors, Splicing).
High pair count terminations on copper and fiber
Experience using Fluke test equipment within large copper and fiber installations
Experience in running EMT conduit
Must have strong troubleshooting skills and an analytical mindset
Willing to perform service calls in the North county, San Diego area.
Familiar with BICSI, EIA, TIA and NEC Standards a plus.

This person must have a technical background, but is new to the industry (Technical School) or has worked in the construction field.

Applicant will work alongside an experienced technician who will guide them through all aspects of the installation.

Experience with basic hand tools and test equipment is needed.
Willing to perform service calls in the North county, San Diego area.
